The objective of The MOFET Institute is to
serve as an intercollegiate professional
meeting-place for teacher educators that
permits:
an educational dialog among colleagues both in the teacher education system and in other frameworks in the education system for exchanging opinions, expanding knowledge, and studying together;
personal and group professional specialization and development for teacher educators;
the creation and dissemination of professional knowledge with regard to the nature of teacher
education, its modes of action, and its meanings;
the initiation and development of comprehensive directions and projects in the
teacher education
system in the fields of research and educational activity.
